Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all Godzilla brand tags and labels are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
